Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable monthly.
• Maintain resident contact sheets and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate security, maintenance, and upkeep as needed.
• Oversee turnover renovations to minimize vacancy loss.
• Prepare quarterly inventory and conduct interior audits.
• Address resident complaints and resolve issues promptly.
