Independent Management Services seeks a seasoned Community Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities. You will supervise leasing, marketing, rent collections, vendor management, and ensure compliance with HUD and Tax Credit programs.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Paycom, RealPage OneSite, and Microsoft Office are preferred. Experience with subsidized housing and fair housing laws is required.

Qualifications

• Leasing, sales, and customer service experience desired.
• Sales-minded with attention to detail.
• Experience with Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs.
• Knowledge of REAC and MOR compliance.
• Proficiency with Paycom software and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite preferred.
• Experience managing residential communities (subsidized housing preferred).
• Must adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day management of all phases of the operation of the community.
• Occupancy, marketing, leasing, move-in/out process, and resident income verification.
• Quarterly unit inspections, monitor work orders, and enforce community rules.
• Rent eviction and collections practices in conformity with state law and policy.
• Retain, negotiate, and supervise third-party vendors and contractors.
• Foster relationships with residents, vendors, law enforcement, and community members.
