Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep of manufactured housing communities in the Tulsa, OK area. The role involves routine repairs, responding to service requests, preparing homes for move-in, and maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented communities.

Ideal candidates have experience in residential or manufactured housing maintenance, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and the ability to operate work orders

Qualifications

• Experience in residential, manufactured housing, or multifamily maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Familiarity with manufactured home systems (skirting, leveling, anchoring) preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification a plus.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to receive, document, and close work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to routine maintenance service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components.
• Provide basic HVAC support (filters, condensate lines, thermostat checks, refrigerant handled by certified personnel).
• Repair or replace doors, windows, locks, flooring, drywall, and trim.
• Inspect and repair home skirting, vents, steps, handrails, and exterior components.
• Maintain and monitor community utility systems where present.
