Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Experience in property management preferred
• Able to coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections and eviction filings as needed
• Enforce park rules and ensure safe, clean environment
• Monitor income/expenses to meet financial targets
• Coordinate repairs/renovations and vendor relations
• Show available homes and manage move-ins/outs
• Establish rental rates via market surveys
• Assist with marketing and occupancy targets
• Demonstrate ownership and collaboration across teams
