Job summary

Havenpark Communities seeks a Community Manager to lead a 219-home community. You will run the budget, manage collections, leasing, and resident relations, while overseeing vendors and a small on-site team. Your decisions shape daily resident experiences and the community's overall performance.

You bring experience in property management, sales, or operations, with strong leadership and a comfort level with maintenance and trades. College degree not required.

Qualifications

• Experience running an operation with a budget, team, and customer focus.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort working with maintenance and construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage community financial performance, budget, expense control, and NOI.
• Oversee collections, ensure on-time rent and legal notices compliantly.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and approve resident applicants.
• Lead a small on-site team and coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Maintain curb appeal, amenities, safety standards, and capital projects.
