Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to run a single manufactured home community with 181 homes. You will manage budgets, leasing, collections, and on-site operations while leading a small team and coordinating with vendors to maintain a high-quality community living environment.

You will interact with residents daily, handle difficult conversations about money with care and in accordance with the law, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, expenses, and net operating income for the community.
• Drive occupancy and leasing performance including renewals and resident approvals.
• Oversee on-site team, vendor, and contractor relationships; ensure quality standards.
• Lead curb appeal, amenities, safety standards, and timely capital projects.
• Foster positive resident relations and act as a point of contact for families.
