Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to run a 181-home manufactured home community with on-site leadership, budgeting, leasing, and resident experience.

You will supervise a small on-site team, handle collections and vendor relationships, ensure safety and curb appeal, and act as a trusted point of contact for residents. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; background check required.
• On-site role and ability to walk the community daily.

Responsabilités

• Manage a community budget, expenses, and NOI.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and incoming resident approvals.
• Oversee collections and ensure lawful, respectful processes.
• Lead a small on-site team and hire/develop staff.
• Manage landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs contractors.
• Build strong resident relationships and maintain a safe, attractive community.
