Many Mansions is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of an on-site property in Riverside, CA. The role requires living on-site and managing staff, compliance, and resident services, with a focus on affordable housing standards.

The ideal candidate has property management experience, familiarity with programs like Section 8, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, budgeting, and regulatory reporting while working in a mission-driven organization.

Qualificações

• Has at least 2 years of property management experience.
• Experience with affordable housing programs like Section 8, Section 42, MHP, AHP, etc., desired.
• High school diploma or GED required; BA degree preferred.
• The Community Manager must live on-site; a two-bedroom apartment is provided.
• Must have a CA driver's license and valid insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily operations of the property are well-managed and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and annual re-certifications.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; provide financial reporting and recommendations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to execute preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity laws.
