Apple Management Inc is seeking an On-Site Property Manager in Riverside, CA to oversee daily operations of a residential community and serve as the face of the property. The role requires coordinating maintenance, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations while delivering a welcoming living environment.

Qualified candidates will have property management experience, knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or related real estate field.
• Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community
• Manage tenant relations including lease signings, renewals, and addressing resident concerns promptly
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and curb appeal are upheld
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services
• Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and process payments accurately
• Enforce community rules, lease policies, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations
• Market vacant units, screen prospective tenant showings and screenings
