You will lead a dedicated team, supervise leasing, maintenance, and admin functions, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while delivering a resident-centered living environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management, strong knowledge of affordable housing programs, solid budgeting skills, and experience with RealPage, OneSite,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Expertise in affordable housing programs (Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC).
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and accounting principles.
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite, and JD Edwards.
• Proven leadership with direct supervision.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset delivering great living experiences.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive issues professionally.
• Accountability and attention to detail with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach office and maintenance staff.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, renewals, and admin.
• Ensure accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Foster strong resident relations and resolve conflicts.
• Supervise property maintenance and service quality.
• Develop and manage the property's budget.
• Prepare reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Lead special projects to improve the community.
