Propiedades Adelante in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Community Manager (full-time, on-site) to oversee leasing and property management for a portfolio of small-site properties. You will report to the Property Supervisor, manage rent collection, unit showings, and tenant communications, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 2+ years of affordable housing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law and HUD regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of properties; correspond with tenants on work orders and coordinate with the Facilities Manager.
• Be responsible for rent collection and processing of the portfolio properties.
• Issue legal notices as necessary.
• Assist in responding to building emergencies, including after-hours, as needed.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and custodial work; ensure buildings are maintained.
• Enter and maintain data in Yardi; maintain a high occupancy level.
• Meet monthly reporting deadlines for delinquency, applications, and rent posting.
• Conduct unit tours and market available units; oversee leasing and screening processes.
