VSF Rentals is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day leasing and resident operations across our properties, primarily from our office with regular visits to other sites in the region. You will manage inquiries, leasing docs, and resident records, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with the regional team to improve site performance.

Required are 1–2 years in high-volume customer service or leasing, comfort with spreadsheets and CRM/property management software, and

• 1–2 years in high-volume customer service or leasing.
• Experience with property management CRM systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to travel between properties as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for resident inquiries and leasing questions.
• Manage leasing docs, emails, and resident records.
• Keep logs and CRM up to date.
• Partner with regional team to boost resident satisfaction.
• Own properties; spot and fix problems proactively.
