RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the property. You will complete monthly close-out, process invoices, collect rents, and manage bank deposits while using Entrata Yardi or One Site for reporting.

You will assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to connect with people at all levels and deliver clear information.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required to manage day-to-day operations and leasing efforts.

Responsabilités

• Support leasing and marketing to hit occupancy goals by completing full leasing cycle.
• Process invoices and manage financial transactions and reporting for the community.
• Analyze market trends to inform improvements and maintain competitive positioning.
• Enforce lease terms including inspections, collections, and notices as needed.
