Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to run a large manufactured home community. You will lead a small on-site team, manage the budget, collections, leasing, occupancy, and vendor relationships, and oversee resident services and home sales where applicable.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with residents. A high school diploma is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Physically able to walk the community daily and occasionally lift materials and supplies.
• On-site role.

Responsibilities

• Budget, expense management, and net operating income for the community.
• Collections: accurate billing, on-time rent, and all legal notices in compliance with state law and Fair Housing standards.
• Occupancy and leasing: rentals, renewals, and approval of incoming residents in the resident home-sale process.
• Lead a small on-site team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee contractor relationships across landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Drive resident experience and curb appeal, safety standards, and capital projects within budget.
• Be the face residents know and rely on for moving in and difficult months.
