Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations at a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities to ensure policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

As an on-site leader, you will supervise staff, develop annual budgets, monitor NOI, and implement marketing and retention plans to optimize occupancy. Strong communication and housing-industry experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing, or similar experience.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred to support on-site leadership.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager; supervise staff and leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Lead on-site team through training, coaching, and performance management; ensure safety, compliance, and fair housing.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules, budgets, and financial reporting; monitor revenue, expenses, and leases.
• Implement resident retention programs and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and NOI goals.
• Respond to resident concerns, enforce policy compliance, and maintain property appearance and safety.
• Coordinate emergency responses with staff and ensure timely, compliant execution.
