Job summary

Asset Living in Maryland is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily housing community. You will supervise onsite staff, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead budgeting, leasing, and maintenance activities, coordinate with regional management, and drive resident satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the housing community and supervise on-site staff.
• Supervise and coach on-site personnel; ensure training and development.
• Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules and assignments.
• Manage finances, including budgets, deposits, rents, and vendor invoices.
• Develop yearly marketing and leasing plans; maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high levels of service.
