Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a residential community on site in Utah. You will lead staff, handle leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management under the Regional Manager’s supervision.

Success requires strong on-site leadership, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and the ability to implement cost controls, budgets, and marketing plans while ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community under Regional Manager
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management
• Develop yearly budgets, marketing plans, and leasing strategies
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines
• Handle emergencies and maintain high resident satisfaction.
