Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC in Muskogee, OK is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep of manufactured housing communities. You will perform routine repairs, respond to service requests, and assist with home readiness to keep our communities clean, safe, and well-presented.

You will work with a small team, handling general maintenance tasks, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC support while following safety procedures and documenting work orders.

Qualifications

• Residential or manufactured housing maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Familiar with manufactured home systems including leveling and anchoring.
• EPA 608 certification a plus.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to receive, document, and close work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to routine maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, drain lines, and supply lines.
• Perform basic HVAC support, including filter changes and thermostat checks.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, locks, flooring, drywall, and trim.
• Inspect home leveling, piers, tie-downs, and anchors; report necessary releveling.
• Prepare the community for winter and severe weather, and respond to storm damage.
