Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks across the apartment community. You will process rent, invoices, and deposits while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

You'll operate property management software like Yardi/OneSite, review resident files for delinquencies, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property running smoothly and revenue maximizing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in resident relations, collections, and lease enforcement.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts transactions, and prepares deposits.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and maintains data integrity.
• Reviews resident accounts to identify delinquencies and enforces lease terms.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, manages approvals and coding.
• Handles evictions per company policy and legal requirements.
• Manages move-outs, deposits, and lease termination processes.
• Addresses resident questions and service issues to promote satisfaction.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in manager’s absence and coordinates maintenance.
• Supports leasing/marketing by guiding prospects, tours, and applications.
