Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial operations, rent collection, and reporting for a residential community. The role utilizes Yardi/OneSite to record transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly close-outs and financial reports.

You will work on-site, manage vendor communications, assist with leasing activities, handle evictions per policy, and help maintain resident satisfaction while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collects and posts rent, processes invoices, and prepares financial reports.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and maintains data integrity in the system.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies and enforces lease terms.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices and coordinates payments.
• Supports on-site operations, handling leases, moves, and resident inquiries.
