Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support the Community Director in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.

You will perform accounting, bookkeeping tasks, prepare monthly close-out and financial reports, process invoices for payment, collect rent, fees, and other payments, complete bank deposits, and use the property management system to report on financials.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management finance, including accounts payable/receivable and monthly close.
• Ability to process invoices, deposits, and financial reports with accuracy.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors, and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Handles daily financial operations: rent collection, deposits, and posting transactions.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices; coordinates with accounting and owner teams.
• Maintains resident files and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assists in leasing/marketing efforts and on-site project coordination.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and work hours.
