Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking an Associate Community Director to assist the Community Director in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include rent collection, invoicing, reporting, and coordinating with the accounting department.

The role requires practical experience in multifamily operations, strong customer service, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or One Site. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED and 2 years in multifamily.
  • Current driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manages daily financial operations: collect/post rent and fees, deposits, and generate financial reports.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
  • Enter approved bills into the property accounting system and file invoices.
  • Review resident accounts for delinquencies, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
  • Assist on-site supervision and coordinate maintenance and leasing tasks as needed.
  • Support leasing and marketing efforts, greet prospects, show apartments, and help with applications and credit checks.
  • Prepare various accounting and administrative reports and ensure attendance and punctuality.
