Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Director in overseeing financial operations.
• Process invoices, collect rent and other payments, and prepare bank deposits.
• Enter transactions in the property management system and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Maintain resident files and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist in leasing and marketing activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
