Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Glendale, AZ, to support day-to-day operations and enhance resident experiences. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, rent collections, and resident retention, while coordinating with maintenance and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and knowledge of property management software to ensure efficient operations and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or leasing required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software preferred (Yardi/ResMan/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
• Process applications, screenings, and guide prospective residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests and turns.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and resident communications.
• Support marketing, resident engagement, and occupancy initiatives.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
