Job summary

Acacia Pointe Apartments, part of Live Bryten, seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Glendale, AZ. The role supports daily operations, resident services, and leasing efforts at a busy multifamily community.

You will handle rent collections, screenings, and coordination with maintenance while contributing to occupancy and resident satisfaction. Previous residential property- or hospitality-related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payment processing, delinquency follow-up, and notices.
• Assist leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals through outstanding service and operational support.
• Process applications, conduct screenings, and assist prospective residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service and turns.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate resident files, financial records, and documentation.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and resident communications.
• Support marketing, engagement, and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies.
