Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Community Manager for Orchard on Gilbert, a multi-family property in Gilbert, AZ. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and manage leasing, budgets, and resident communications on-site.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and financial skills, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is expected. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with professionalism and positivity.
• Coach and develop your team to thrive.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications.
• Overseeing leasing processes and compliance.
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal.
• Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications.
• Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement.
• Other tasks assigned.
