Qualifications

• Residential leasing and property management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall community performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, notices, and records.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
• Process applications, screenings, and tours for prospective residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turnover.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and communications.
