Job summary

IWG plc in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a Community Associate to manage daily operations in our on-site center and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with room setup, and support a productive, welcoming environment.

Daily tasks include helping customers with Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and AV setup; processing invoices; and coordinating center events. A strong communicator with MS Office proficiency will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and MS Office applications
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day needs and inquiries in the center
• Set up rooms, connect AV equipment, and direct customers to resources
• Manage check-ins, respond to requests, and coordinate service tickets
• Process invoices and ensure services are correctly charged
• Help organize center events and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
