Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Affinity at Wells Branch community in Austin, TX. Youll lead relationship-driven leasing efforts to meet occupancy goals, engage with prospective residents, and partner with local businesses to drive traffic and community involvement.

You will oversee tours, follow-ups, and CRM data quality while coordinating events and marketing activities to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales and leasing experience.
• Senior living experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell to prospective residents via calls, emails, walk-ins and appointments.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the sales management system.
• Host onsite events and partner with communities and local businesses.
• Build relationships with residents and community partners to drive occupancy.
• Coordinate and participate in offsite marketing events and campaigns.
