Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Prior multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing onsite office team and manage daily property operations.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue goals while delivering excellent resident service.
• Oversee leasing programs, marketing activities, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
