FirstService Residential seeks a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations across assigned properties, partnering with Directors and Boards to deliver projects and quality service.

You will oversee teams, manage contracts, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and improvements within budget. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm; full benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida for CAM.

Responsabilités

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and respond to questions or problems.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections and propose improvements.
• Oversee construction projects and budget adherence.
• Upload information in the portal (work orders, minutes, reports).
• Hire/train staff and ensure proper staffing levels.

Connaissances

3+ years experience in property ops/hx

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Florida CAM certification
