Job summary

IWG is seeking a proactive Community Associate for our San Francisco center at 388 Market Street. You’ll work closely with customers across industries to manage center community, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations so customers can focus on their business.

You’ll greet guests, assist with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, meeting room directions, projector setup, and invoicing. The role involves event planning, networking activities, and maintaining clean, well‑running spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs (1+ years of customer service experience).
• Able to take ownership of problems and solve them promptly.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with center services and setup (Wi‑Fi, directions, projector).
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service billing.
• Open and manage tickets in the service portal.
• Plan and host networking events within the center.
• Create and post center notices and posters; support guests and prospects.
