Job summary

IWG in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Community Associate to work on-site at our center. You will nurture relationships with new and existing customers, handle administrative tasks, coordinate events, and ensure services are properly charged and invoices accurate.

You’ll help customers with directions, Wi‑Fi, packages, and room setups while delivering a friendly, professional experience. Your day includes managing center operations, coordinating meetings, assisting with printing and mail, and

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
Able to build relationships and empathize with customers.
Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a community within the center for customers.
Handle administrative and support needs to keep customers focused on their business.
Assist with creating and sending invitations and coordinating networking events.
Organize and manage center services, including printing, mail, and invoicing.
Provide directions, assist with Wi‑Fi codes, and help with project setups.
