Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations in Tucson. You will conduct tours, coordinate events, manage social content, and assist with outreach while upholding Core Spaces brand standards.

The role requires reliability, communication skills, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Based in Tucson, you’ll contribute to resident retention, marketing efforts, and partnerships, with a friendly team and opportunities for growth within Core

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community.
• Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
• Create marketing materials using Canva
• Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
• Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for ensuring product presentation always meets brand and company standards
