Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant in Tempe, AZ to lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. On-site attendance is required; you will greet prospects, show units, qualify applicants, and sign leases.

Responsibilities include processing leases, following up on leads within 24 hours, supporting retention programs, and assisting with office and property upkeep while coordinating marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Attend on-site daily and greet, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and coordinate move-ins and turn processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in developing resident retention programs and marketing efforts.
• Ensure clean and presentable common areas and office; assist with market surveys.
