Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site operations at our Lemont, PA property. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, assist with marketing and resident events, and help drive resident engagement.

The role emphasizes a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends as needed, on-call duties, and a focus on brand standards and community satisfaction. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings.
• The utmost level of integrity and respect towards others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to working full shifts, at least 3 hours on-site per shift.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community.
• Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events for the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
• Present product presentation to meet brand and company standards.
