Job summary

Southern Select Management seeks a full-time Community Association Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for assigned communities. Based on-site in Landrum & Greenville, SC, you’ll be the main contact for boards and residents, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring action items are followed through.

You’ll manage vendor relationships, bids, and maintenance projects, monitor finances, and enforce governing documents.

Qualifications

• Manage community operations, board meetings, and maintenance oversight.
• Strong communication with boards, residents, vendors, and teams.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple communities and deadlines.
• Financial literacy for budgets, assessments, and invoices.
• Proficiency with office software and documentation systems.
• Problem-solving and prudent judgment for resident concerns.
• Experience in property/community management; CAM a plus.
• High school diploma required; degree beneficial.
• On-site work in Spartanburg, SC with occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of communities and HOAs.
• Serve as primary contact for boards and residents.
• Coordinate and attend board meetings; prepare agendas/reports.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, and maintenance projects.
• Monitor common area conditions and address issues promptly.
• Support budget prep and financial monitoring.
• Enforce governing documents; maintain records and docs.
• Conduct regular on-site property inspections; attend evening/weekend meetings if needed.
