The Regional Manager is responsible for the management of a portfolio of communities, oversees all property operations in the portfolio, including the financial performance of each community, ensuring an optimal return to owners and investors. This is a leadership role and requires someone with a strong sense of business and financial acumen. The Regional Manager will be responsible for setting performance goals, managing budgets, and executing marketing strategies, all while maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment
The Regional Manager reports directly to the Regional Director of the region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and fostering high-performing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day management with long-term growth objectives, while ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining company standards.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
