Job summary

IWG seeks a Community Associate to support center operations and deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests in our Columbia center. You will help manage daily requests, assist with event setup, and ensure a smooth resident experience.

The position is on-site at the center, with a 24-hour workweek schedule and a competitive benefits package. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 11:00am–5:00pm, at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guests, ensuring a welcoming center environment
• Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate inquiries and requests
• Set up projectors, rooms, and equipment for meetings and events
• Track services and invoice relevant charges to customers
• Support Community Manager with events and center communications
