Job summary

IWG plc in Sumter, SC is hiring a Part-Time Community Associate to help run daily center operations, welcome customers and handle administrative tasks.

You’ll support client inquiries, set up meetings, assist with Wi-Fi, printing, invoices, and coordinating local events, while ensuring a friendly, efficient center experience.

The role offers a 24-hour work week from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, on-site work, and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, health care, and a company bonus program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Legally eligible to work in country
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service needs
• Set up meetings and manage center events and posters
• Help customers with Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and projector setup
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services
