Job summary

Stanton Optical seeks a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department. You will often act as the Manager on Duty to drive store performance while upholding patient care standards.

You will coach Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage training guidelines, and maintain accurate patient records while delivering an outstanding patient experience in an on-site store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or clinical leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and scheduling needs.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operations and sales.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting revenue targets.
• Train and coach Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, and Digital Refraction.
• Ensure training guidelines, protocols, and HIPAA-compliant record keeping are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality.
• Oversee proper contact lens orders, trials, and inventory management weekly.
