Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience with 1+ years of prior office experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience supporting clinical studies with hands-on involvement preferred
• Experience with inventory management and laboratory operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with devices
• PC and Smartphone App (Android and iOS) skills
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other applicable applications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, tracking, receipt, dispensing, and reconciliation of investigational products and device supplies for clinical trials
• Support the clinical study team with study materials and office supplies
• Document coordination and manage clinical study files
• Assist in startup activities and site binders/tools
• Provide administrative support including event planning and meetings
• Assist with audits for clinical study files for completeness and accuracy
• Assist with device setup (pairing, app installation)
• Label devices for inventory tracking
• Maintain detailed lab inventories and shipment logs
• Comply with client device audits
• Maintain a clean and safe lab environment
• Organize lab facilities and storage areas
• Submit purchase requests and log purchases in budget spreadsheet
• Perform light clerical tasks
• Stand, bend, lift equipment and supplies as needed
• Maintain good clinical practice and health/safety standards
