Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience with 1+ years of office experience
• Experience supporting clinical studies with hands-on involvement preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech savvy with devices
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory inventory and prepare devices.
• Coordinate logistics, tracking, receipt, dispensing, and reconciliation of investigational products and device supplies.
• Enter data, audit devices, pair and install software applications on devices.
• Provide administrative support for site binders, tools, and study materials.
• Assist with audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy.
• Keep the lab organized, clean, and safe; maintain logs and housekeeping tasks.
