Job summary

FocusKPI is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to support clinical studies by maintaining lab operations, inventory, and device preparation in Mountain View, CA. This on-site 6-month contract role requires strong organization, data entry, and device pairing with training provided.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, 1+ year office exposure, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and device software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED accepted with relevant experience.
• Experience supporting clinical studies and lab operations is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, tracking, receipt, dispensing, and reconciliation of investigational products and device supplies for clinical trials.
• Support the clinical study team with study materials, office supplies, tracking, and management.
• Create and manage clinical study files and oversee distribution of documents.
• Assist in site binders preparation and tools for study startup activities.
• Provide administrative support including organizing logistics for events and team meetings.
