The Fountain Group is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator for Mountain View, CA, on a 6-month on-site contract with a starting pay of $34.90/hr. The role focuses on supporting clinical study operations and device/inventory logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Medical devices background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical study operations including materials, documentation, study files, startup activities and audit prep.
• Coordinate clinical device and inventory logistics: tracking, shipping/receiving, reconciliation, logs, labeling and lab organization.
• Hands-on device support: smartphone setup, pairing, app installation, record-keeping and general clinical operations.

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mountain View, CA, 94043. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description

• Pay: $34.90/hr to start.
• 6-month contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion based on budget and performance.
• Shift: Monday- Friday, standard day shift, onsite position.
• Position is primarily responsible for supporting clinical study operations, including study materials, clinical documentation, study files, startup activities, and audit preparation.
• Position will also be responsible for coordinating clinical device and inventory logistics, including tracking, shipping/receiving, reconciliation, inventory logs, labeling, and maintaining an organized lab environment.
• Position will be in charge of hands‑on device support including smartphone/device setup, pairing devices, installing applications, maintaining records, and assisting with general clinical operations and administrative needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
• Relevant experience supporting clinical research or studies is required.
• Strong PC, Android, and iOS skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
• Background within medical devices/ device is preferred.
