Job summary

LabConnect is seeking a Project Coordinator to collaborate with Project Managers, internal departments, sites, and sponsors on daily clinical trial projects. The role involves maintaining communication channels, updating project status, and supporting material management and data accuracy across systems.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, with 2–4 years of lab or trial-related experience and familiarity with sponsor-site interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to stay organized.
• Experience or training in the clinical trial industry is a plus.
• 2–4 years of relevant lab experience or equivalent background.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sponsors, sites, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Sponsors, CROs, and Project Managers as a primary contact.
• Tracks and updates study status for multiple ongoing projects.
• Supports investigation and resolution of sample-related issues.
• Maintains study site lists and ensures data accuracy in databases.
• Generates and processes Lab Report Access Forms and related documentation.
• Produces recurring management reports and distributes minutes within 24–48 hours.
• Assists with study setup tasks and Salesforce/Replicon-related activities.
