Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• Two years of related experience in a healthcare organization and/or medical supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• The main function is leadership and promoting cooperative staff effort for patients to experience a quality care environment.
• Coordinate, supervise and be accountable for daily activities of business support, technical or production teams.
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Develop plans to meet short-term objectives and identify/resolve operational problems using defined processes and judgment.
