• Assist with database maintenance and enrollment management.
• Ensure administrative processes and forms for instructor services are completed on time.
• Respond to instructor requests and inquiries for all programs.
• Plan and participate in department meetings.
• Support department leadership with daily clerical tasks.
• Serve as liaison between the department and other units.
• Prepare marketing, student recruiting, fundraising, and data reporting materials.
• Arrange travel and coordinate reimbursements as needed.
• Coordinate events and related tasks.
• Adhere to policies and safeguard university assets.
