• Maintain training records with LMS Administrator.
• Support implementation of online platforms for programs.
• Communicate with participants about registration and questions.
• Prepare materials and manage training material inventory.
• Coordinate scheduling of sessions and rooms.
• Analyze program activity data.
• Serve as technical producer for online offerings and webinars.
