Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support including copying, filing, mailing, data entry and use of general office equipment.
• Process incoming correspondence and payments (checks, EFT, debit/credit card).
• Make basic calls to insurance carriers and healthcare providers for payment information.
• Enter data into various applications/systems as required by workflows.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, regulations, and client requirements while completing tasks.
